I’m Janet Livingstone, founder of Culture Is Key. I am a leader, creative, and connector who has lived and worked on four continents. Leadership development programs for Chinese aviation leaders, executive coaching for CEOs and Executive Directors in Central Europe, and strategic planning retreats in Africa and L. America are just some of the exciting and diverse assignments I’ve completed with excellent results. Five years working with Boeing’s Chinese and other Asian customers have grounded me in the US manufacturing world and made me savvy about working with in Asia. Sixteen years in Europe gave me a sense of the incredible cultural diversity that is possible even in a small geographical space, as well as the agility to handle it. This kind of exposure produces a wisdom, flexibility and learning that I gained through hard work and perseverance. I am grateful for it. Through curiosity and dialogue, I share my knowledge and experience with my clients to craft the best possible program for the results they seek.

Coached a telecom CEO through the redesign of his internal communication strategy
Created and implemented a strategic planning initiative for a global NGO working in 60+ countries; facilitated strategic planning retreats and created plans for affiliates in L. America and Africa
