Expert Facilitation
I take pride in truly connecting with teams and participants both live in the classroom and virtually. As a strong believer in experiential learning and interactive facilitation, I focus on questions, activities, and scenario work. On Zoom or Webex, this involves breakout groups, polls, whiteboard-aided co-creation and free discussion. In the classroom, there is more choice. When facilitating in person, I draw from a broader toolkit of activities (some involving physical movement), individual reflection, tabletop discussions, presentations, configurations based in scrum (agile project management), and mixed media, among others. All facilitation is customized to the particular circumstances and composition of the group.
